- We are currently looking for an exceptional Sales Operations Manager to assume the role of a General Manager for a luxury technology-driven brand. Our client has created a niche for themselves in a very diverse commercial industry and the overall objective of the General Manager is to develop and secure the brands’ share in the market.
The ideal candidate would have a sales background, progressing from a Sales team member to a Sales Manager and then graduated into an Operations role. A professional who is led by tangible results. As the General Manager, you will oversee the departments. liaising with Business Unit Heads to ensure each department is working seamlessly.
Heading up the operations of the Abuja office, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing operational policies and procedures that increases productivity and reduces downtime using innovative methodologies.
You will be responsible for the Branch’s sales target and operations as well as develop strategies for improved performance ensuring that the organisation’s vision and culture is maintained and consistently cascaded to every employee in the branch.
A Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
Must have an MBA
Professional Memberships in relation to sales, marketing, management and Leadership are an added advantage
At least 5-7 years’ experience in a General Management, Sales Manager, or Operations Mangement position.
Demonstrate thought leadership at all times and managed various business units in a management capacity
Experience in a fast-paced sale driven environment
Experience in working in structured organisation that implements processes and procedures
Proven record of sales target delivery.
Must have embedded experience in the sales of technology related products and services.
Must have impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent Stakeholder and Account Management skills – demonstrating the ability to manage C-Level executives and potential high-end clientele
